Having proved its commitment to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and the procedures and policies therein, Classic’s registrar, Perry Johnson Registrars has re-certified our QMS thru 2010.

A certified Quality Management System (QMS) meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and is monitored regularly by an externally accredited body and internally by trained auditors. Through these audits the QMS is consistently observed by both the views of the external auditor who ensures the various requirements are maintained and the internal auditor whose direct involvement with the QMS offers an insider’s viewpoint encourages the company to not just maintain the QMS, but continually improve upon it.

Being an ISO 9001:2000 company does not certify a product. However having ISO 9001:2000 certified procedures, processes, and training systems in place do insure that the testing, equipment, and personnel manufacturing a product are adhering to monitored guidelines set forth to guarantee a product produced to the customer’s wishes. Through the use of these procedures and systems Classic has managed to streamline production while developing new and more consistent inspection techniques to better serve our customers.

In this new global marketplace, quality is a must. Customers need the assurance that not only are products manufactured properly, but that systems are in place to offer traceability and accountability to the components that make up that product.
