Our NEW Virtek Laser QC Scanner practically eliminates first piece inspection time while maintaining tighter production tolerances.

Using a calibrated laser system, the Virtek QC Scanner uses your .dxf or CAD file as a template for your flat production pieces. We simply download your engineering drawing into the integrated computer, place your part to be inspected on the glass, and allow the laser scanner to generate a detailed scan of your flat piece part. The laser scan of the part is then compared to the computer drawing layout providing detailed and accurate dimensional tolerance without the time consuming, and potentially error enabling process of conventional first piece inspection.

Not only can the Virtek provide an exact scan for inspection purposes, it can reverse engineer any flat part virtually eliminating the need to create a drawing or layout from a sample part. What used to take hours of detailed measurements and computer input time now takes minutes. Allowing us the opportunity to more rapidly produce your product while maintaining the geometric tolerance your part requires.
