Growth in the manufacturing filed is nothing new to Classic Sheet Metal. The company has consistently grown for almost 40 years. In its 3rd address change since its inception, Classic Sheet Metal has again changed its address to 1065 Sesame Street in Franklin Park, creating yet another “House That Quality Built.”
Our new facility features over 90,000 SF of manufacturing, assembly, and storage space preparing CSM for the new millennium. With the added space comes the opportunity for new equipment such as our new 4000KW CNC laser, and our four new 220 ton punch presses enabling us to handle increased production volumes and customer production requirements. Also featured in our new facility is our new and improved card cage assembly area. This multiple station area is equipped with 14 pneumatic insertion guns and 9 auto-fed hardware insertion
stations ready for your fabricated assembly needs. Completed parts can be stored in our new 25,000 SF warehouse, allowing us to answer your JIT/Kan Ban order fulfillment.
